Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes, we offer credits on returned products that adhere to our Returns Policy. A returns number must be obtained before a return is processed. Contact 0330 135 5337 or email sales@fmcfire.co.uk for your GRN number.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts can be offered on many of our items we manufacture and stock. For details or any enquiries contact 0330 135 5337.

Ordering
When is the cut off time for next day delivery?
Our cut off time for next day delivery is 1pm should the items be in stock at time of order
What order value is carraige paid?
Carriage is paid on nett orders over £300
Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Yes, we can deliver unde rplain paperwork or use your own delivery note
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer a same day van service in our local area or a sameday courier service outside of our area, additional costs me be applicable
Can I place my order and collect the same day?
Of course, our trade counter is open from 8am until 4:30pm
Returns
How do I return an item?
Returns are simple, conatct us for your GRN number and details of the item and why its being returned. You can then post it back to us or drop it in to our trade counter with the GRN number clearly marked. Returns must be in line with our returns policy
Can you organise collection of the item I want to return?
Yes we can, additional charges may be applied
